A Dream Born on the Water
O'Neal Charters was founded in 2021 by Grant O'Neal, who had a simple but powerful idea: start a business doing what he truly loves in the place he loves most — Florida's Emerald Coast.
What better way than spending every day on the water, sharing the beauty of Destin with visitors from around the world?
From that vision, a family business was born. Today, Grant and his brother Lincoln O'Neal run O'Neal Charters together, combining their local knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and genuine passion for hospitality to create unforgettable experiences on Crab Island and beyond.
